I have already purchased the layout but now I am looking to get access pass will I get the refund for layout?
Sorry, you are most welcome to our family but we can’t proceed with the refund of the layout or child theme which you already purchased individually.
Once I get yearly or lifetime access pass, still I need to pay for future products?
No, We clearly mentioned, you will get all the upcoming products if you purchase the access pass.
Once my yearly subscription is over still can I use the layouts and child themes which are already in the website?
Sorry, all the products will be gone from your account if you don’t renew the subscription. Only those items will remain in your account which you bought individually.
